Mountain Resort Bjelašnica

Transformation from a ski resort with Olympic history to a year-round destination near the capital Sarajevo. The Babin Do - Bjelašnica ski resort hosted the men's alpine competitions at the 1984 Sarajevo Winter Olympics. Almost 40 years later, a holistic tourism master plan was developed. The aim of the plan is to transform from a pure ski area into a sustainable all-year-round destination and thus create a future-proof tourism region.

After the success of the Forest Gnome Trail in summer 2023, the gnomes have grown. In summer 2024, the first part of the new gnome village was built. In the first expansion phase, a gnome train station, a gnome construction yard and a gnome fire station were created. These new attractions are designed to inspire children of different ages and offer a variety of play and interaction opportunities.

The longest detachable cable car in the world with a length of 6.6km (4.1miles) is to be built in the island state of Dominica. The cable car project will allow safe and fast passage to Boiling Lake. A route that would otherwise take 6 hours by hiking can be covered easily and comfortably in 20 minutes. Thus, visitors can immerse themselves in the heart of the Caribbean rainforest in a very short time and explore the unique nature of the country.

THE JOURNEY TO THE PLATEAU OF HANDÜZÜ

The journey to the plateau of Handüzü begins at the Black Sea in the city of Rize.

A total of six places will be visited along the route, each of which will be developed and aligned to suit its natural character. Among other things, a panoramic mountain, a lake adventure area, an overnight stay area and a year-round adventure mountain with a ski area are to be created. Visitors can explore the culture and tradition along their journey, enjoy nature in all its facets and indulge in sporting activities on the mountain.

THE CHINORKENT-TREE IN TASHKENT

About an hour's drive from the Uzbek capital, Tashkent, a summer and winter mountain was developed around a new 10-MGD ropeway from Doppelmayr.

The conceptual focus of this project is on sports activities and natural adventure offers for families, embedded in the culture and tradition of the country. Connected to the modern infrastructure, a center on the mountain was created in the master plan, which represents the center of the experience and draws visitors into a special world. In addition, a modern chalet village is being built on the mountain, the buildings of which will be perfectly integrated into the existing nature.

In the development of the all-season mountain resort in Manzherok, we follow the trail of the mythical character "White Maral".

The popular resort in the Siberian Altai has undergone an overall strategic alignment. Following this alignment, four areas are dedicated to different target groups and have been given different focal points in the master plan. For the two subject areas "Family" and "Mountain Experience", the detailed planning of the adventure offers as well as the architectural planning of the buildings including a basic economic analysis was carried out.
